really bringing up that glutedensityhamstringmaturitystriated tie in escellently

I swear by loading up a barbell with inhuman weight (eg, 250 lb), and lifting it off a power rack that's set to just below hanging hand height for about a split second after which you let it clang down to the rests. It will improve the shit out of your density, your insertions, and your muscledensitymaturitytie-ins, all the while letting everyone in the gym know that you mean fucking business.

This one exercise, combined with my two week 'var cycle, liquid of course means that I could literally tear up the foundations of the gym with my fingers. Incidentally, if you decide to add this exercise into your routine (it's not for pussies, and will really separate the men from the boys--I'd estimate that under 5% of people even have the wherewithal to perform it), I need to warn you that you will receive many looks of shock, awe, and admiration. Probably best to avoid it unless you can handle being a role-model.

YEAH!

*except for the fact that what I wrote was actually funny, and what you wrote ruined what i wrote, due to:

a) it's incorrectness
b) complete lack of wit

Barbell squatting on a fitball is fucking hard and shows pure core strength and is very impressive.
