I have a boxing fight coming up on the 24th of this month, ive lost 15lbs over the last 6 weeks to fight at a desired weight the problem is i now feel like shit..
The weigh in is done and i know who i am fighting so is there anything i can do from now till then food and maybe even supplement wise to help me get some energy and strenght back up
We kinda figured that going over to a bunch of homosexual poncy english cocks, that know nothing about life other than where they will get there next rentboy
Hello again folks stopping heavy weight training in a week and a half for 8 weeks to go and train for a white collar boxing match, anybody any tips on what i would have to change in diet and that to maximise training and that.
