Hi Tommer,
The best, quickest and easiest way to loose the fat is some interval cardio before the breaky. If you do this 4 mornings a week you'll be dropping fat for fun! Also it is quick........ 20 min is all thats required.

So an interval will look like this:
min 1 - personal level 6
min 2 - personal level 7
min 3 - personal level 8
min 4 - personal level 9

Do this 4 times after a 2 min warm up and on your final interval go a step further, personal level 10........... maximum maximum effort!!!! Then a 1 min cool down amd your done, 20 min!

With the grub I would not say it is necessary for you to eliminate carbs all together, just cut out all the sugary crap you don't need and eat good carbs in balanced meals. I would also drop the booze if you want to achieve your goals!

Here is a sample meal plan I would give a guy like you.

Breakfast:
Eggs and Oatmeal
Glass of water

Snack:
Protein drink with a few carbs (e.g Myoplex)

Lunch:
Tuna or Chicken Salad
Glass of water

Snack:
Protein drink with a few carbs (e.g Myoplex)

Dinner:
1 portion of lean sirloin steak, grilled
1 portion steamed green veg
1 small baked potato
Glass of water

Snack:
1 small apple sliced with one portion low-fat cottage cheese.

There ya go mate thats my advice, hope it helps!

Oh and fish oils are needed for our nervous system but venom or gymjohn are the man for that question they'd know mre on that topic.

Cheers man bye.

eh........ the only substitute i would use for the protein shakes would be a small balanced snack like your last snack before bed but honestly go get the protein it will make things easier for you.

Cardio before any food forces your body to use the fat for energy, if you have already eaten your body will simply burn the food so you bust your ass for 20 min and don't get near the fat. Different principals apply for weights training but always do cardio in the am!!

No probs for the info, any more questions fire away.

also is there any way of burining fat by lifting weights/pullups/pushups/situps?

i dont have access to a treadmill or any real cardio machines but have dumbbells and a pull up bar at home.

there is no need for fancy cardio machines, go out and about for a run or if there are pitches (soccer, rugby or gaa) they're even better for sprinting... i.e doing your intervals as before. Also if you have a push bike dust it off and away you go do your morning cardio on it.

As for the weights don't substitute them for the cardio if your primary goal is to burn away those unwanted pounds. In addition to the cardio however it will only help as it will give your body new shape as you loose the fat, they will also aid the fat loss by increasing your metabolic rate, so your body will use the food you give it for energy and to repair trained muscles rather than store it as fat for a rainy day.

U should have a slight arch in your back while flat benching, pull ur heals back so their in line with your ass, and point your chest up, i find on those York Gym Argos benches, the best way to be under the bar is with your shoulders right up against the upright supports... As for your elbow pain, make sure you stretch and warm up properly before lifting heavy...

Great advice "ck" by the way...

The best activities for your health are pumping and humping.
