what are your goals-to burn fat or put on size?
|
Bodybuilding is a never-ending challenge. It is an incredibly demanding pursuit whose most triumphant victories are internal. It occupies your thoughts and empties your pockets. It scars you, it frustrates you and it feasts on your failure. It calls you out and it beats your ass. You give of yourself and then you give some more. You sacrifice so much without rest. Is it, in the end, really worth it?Motherfuckin right it is.

ok -so you should be eating 450-500 gr carbs on training days.would you say you are getting in that much from what is posted above?
throw in some mini cuts if u begin to plateau.
what weight are you now and how much size have you put on since beginning ur bulk?

that's the thing with most carb sources. Big portions doesn't always equal big amounts of carbs e.g 100g bowl porridge has like 65ish grams carbs but 100g porridge is very filling. If u increase ur carbs to what Ryan said I have no doubt u will start to gain. Keep a diet log so u can actually see how much ur gettin in. U might be surprised

i choose muesli cuz it's light enough and i can get 100 gr carbs from it easy.
i dont eat rice cuz it's too filling
i eat pasta but muesli with it cuz the pasta gets too filling b4 u get the acquired amount of carbs in.
sweet potatoes are great as well and not too filling but are carb dense

Get straps not gloves. It should grind against shins on way up then you'll pull it towards your thighs as you clear your knees then keep it tight on the way down. Deadlifts - good substitute for leg waxing!

Hows the bulk coming on man?
From reading through your log id say try and get into the habit of calculating the amount of carbs your intaking. It doesnt have to be to a T but close enough.
Be great to see how much you can gain with a solid bulk!
