Btw Cill, what's your overall aim? You seem to do an awful lot of cutting if you don't mind me saying and judging from the pics you have little need to at this stage. With the strength gains you seem to be consistently making, imagine what could happen if you increased the carbs for a sustained amount of time. I don't think you need to be cycling 3 months on, 3 months off like the rest of us with your metabolism.

my overall aim in life would be maybe 190lbs with sub 8% bf realistically I wont ever be able to pass that without drugs(which I never plan on doing). I cut to keep low bf as my goal has always been aesthetics over mass
My metabolism is fuked I know I might look ecto but I gain fat very easily and muscle gain is very slow for me. When I bulk I usually get to around 12-14% bf before I feel shit and decide to cut. Then I end up cutting for ages(crap fat loss genetics) and lose some of the muscle I gained on the bulk.
I have a new strategy now where I started bulkin at just under 8% and once I hit 10% I cut back to 8 and repeat. This way I only have to cut for a minimum amount of time so I don't lose muscle and I don't burn out bulking or cutting as I dont get outta shape or unfit and my strength(so far) doesn't plateau
Plus this is the strongest iv ever been even though I'm now very close to sub 8%. Usually when I get that low my strength suffers tremendously but cuz I'm only cutting for a short time I'm not gettin weak!!

Naw, from your posts on here I know you really know your stuff and have a good plan of attack, it's just that from the sounds of it, you remind me a lot of how I used to operate. I was effectively constantly cutting, even when I "bulked" the paranoia would get me and I'd start cutting again. I spent years b*tching bout being a hardgainer but really I wasn't giving my body a chance!
Since I started carb cycling on bulks and training HIT I've managed to grow significantly for the first ever time! Also, I haven't put on much excess fat. I have almost lost my six pack but not to the point I can't trim down pretty quickly.
If I was you, I'd really give it a go for 3-4 months, carb cycling, no gainers, just protein, eat sh*tloads, clean and train HIT. From my experience and from many of the lads on here, it really seems to work.
Also, I think you can break the 190lbs barrier without juice. Just maybe ya won't have the dry look without a little help! ;) I'm currently 185lbs and aim to be over 190lbs with 8-10% bf by end of August. You're still very young and already lifting heavier than me it seems so you can defo break 190!

yeah I'm gonna flat out bulk again all summer with dc training anyway so well see how well I can grow!
I'll only be reducing calories on the "cruise" phases of the programme as you should but not drastically. Carb cycling is defo the way to go I'm doin something different atm so my body doesn't get used to it but come summer I'll be back on it
And as for no gainers... AMEN I would way rather eat my calories than drink em, I have the appetite of a whale!!!
I'm only 147lbs(completely depleted) atm so if I can gain 50lbs of muscle in my life naturally I'd be well happy with that. But if I can break 190 even better

Haha nooo man of how your looking, even just after you finish the cut, seriously though keep up the good work. Whats your supplement stack? Or you just whye? Really no gainers? You not believe in them? And on the metabolism part I remember you were saying you used to be overweight, usually your metabolsim still stay high, just means you have to be that bit stricter but clearly you already are :)

supps atm are just whey and a multi vit. I dont like takin lots of supps cutting or bulking. I went thru a bulk cycle there where I had a good bit extra cash on me so I took more supps than I usually do but to be honest I kinda thought it was a bit of a waste of money... But I spose thats trial and error.
Only supps I believe in are:
whey
multi vit
creatine(if u have the cash)
Its not that I dont believe in gainers but I have an enormous appetite so I just get hungry 10 mins later after a gainer shake. I dont like drinking loads of shakes either but theyre great if u find it hard to eat alot of whole food. But obviously whole food is better
I'll throw up some pics of myself when I finish the cut.
I'll also throw up some of Ryan if thats aloud.... He's managed to get to 4% bf in 8 and a half weeks, his old pics dont even compare to how ripped he is now.... The cunt

absolute bastard. He cheated all day with the worst food imaginable and progressivly got drier and fuller each meal of shit. Meanwhile I have one cheat meal which was smaller then usual I might add and I immediately turn into a water bomb!
