question - when i do deadlifts, i stop cos my strength fails, and i dont really get any sort of a burn at all. its literally because i just cant lift it up/my palms are cut to fuck.do you guys get a burn from deadlifting or is it the same as me?

im fucked straight after deadlifting, for a few minutes and then the same pain comes back the next day...
i use sailing gloves-would only b able to deadlift like 100 or so without gloves as it would slip.
try powerlifting grip aswell

very fucking pissed off. last week i did 22.5kg for 10 reps and was feeling a bit cocky and i figured why not give 27.5kg a go this week. couldnt even get one rep. i then tried 25kg (which i should have been able to get) and it was too heavy. then id to wait for ten mins for a guy to finish with the 22.5kg DBs, he took so long i decided fuck it ill just start with incline instead.
strength was up on that thankfully, so i tried 20kg DB press and barely got 5 followed by two sets of 1 rep each. my flye weight was down aswell.

think it could have been that i had taken no shotgun an hour beforehand (usually take it 15 mins beforehand) and it was firing on all cylinders making me really irritated and sweating and stuff.plus the gym was like a fucking sauna.no excuse but it proper threw me off.i decided not to bother trying biceps in the state i was in, so ill do them on monday.

strength was down with db press which pissed me off.
is 2 kg too much to add on everyweek??my logic is that if i can do9 reps of 18kg one week, surely i can do 6 reps of 20kg a week later?evidently not and its pissing me off cos my progress isnt as good as a result

jeff or venom, how much would you guys up the weight every week when your doing HIT?

also my shoulders were quiet sore after the lateral + front raises so i think ill leave them out like gymjohn advised a while ago. i find them really motivating though cos i can see all the grooves and stritations in my delts when i do them its savage!

quirkster you are under eating! you really need to work on a diet plan, one that you will stick to!

u do realize that im just going to keep making accounts. The fact you cant even respond to my apoligy just confirms your grudge. Like you dislike me because i posted an honest review. Like you should be apoligising to me the way i see it but yet im willing to let this all go but yet your still acting like a child by not even responding.

i mean 3 chicken breasts and a steak is only like 80/90 gr protein
