I recommend everyone with an interest in MMA/Protecting themselves to check this shit out on...Fight Quest Krav Maga on youtube...watch the 7 parts of it. Was on Discovery the other night.

done it about a year ago.

bein doing kickboxin for 10 years or so now.

found alot of the gun and knife moves in the krav maga very unrealistic.

have a look at commando krav maga. this style is much better if your looking to do the krav maga style.
they have training weekends over in the uk. they are fairly intense and you need to be at peak performance to do it.

Sweet, well i'm doing it for the next 12 weeks and then I'll be moving on to advanced stuff and will do grading (even though it's not a part of it but just as a measure of my own success). The guy teaching me is the only Israeli trained guy in the country and knows his shit. He is also trained in various martial arts such as BJJ/TaeKwando/Kenpo/Boxing etc
