I was think, would it be a good idea to have a section for work out programmes, for each body area. ie back, biceps!! etc. it might help people to select a good one themselves from taking information from everyone elses. also might introduce new excersies that people may not even know about! Just a thought!

sems like a good idea...but the again that could be worked into the training Q&A section atm!
