Stay away from maximuscle. I think when most people started taking supplements it was the natural reaction to go to maximuscle but its way too expensive. All your paying for is the branding/advertising.

Too be honest you would probably grand with some standard protein from the likes of IDS or Optium Nutrition. They will last you way longer than anything from maximuscle. The 5lb tub will give you 60 to 80 servings for the same price as cyclone compared to about 20 servings with cyclone.
If you really want you could get some micronized creatine monohydrate as well cause you can get it fairly cheap and just mix it in or take it with some sort of quick release carbs.

The alternative is to look at some of the other weight gainers such as smart gainer from IDS. You get 30 servings for about 70 and it tastes really good.

But if your getting something on a budget id probably just invest a good tub of protein. Just remember you can train and take as much creaine etc as you want but your body needs protein to grow.

cyclone is a waste of money get your self some waximaze micronized creatine and a whey isolate, it will be cheaper in the long run than forking out 60euro every 10days for maxi muscle products that dont work that well

Well said HornDog and seanydee,if you keep your diet clean, high in protein and calories and combine it with products such as IDS Waximaize and Dymatize Microized Creatine (which lasts forever by the way) you will be seeing gains in no time, just stay focused and the rest will follow.

cyclone is not good for the amount of money you are spending i found IDS smart gainer to be the best if you are looking for strength and gaining weight. i currently go to the gym 6 days a week with 2 training sessions and a match at the weekends smart gainer is the way if it is strength and size you want!
