supplements dont mess you up mate drink and drugs do that, good protein would be isolyze or ids multi whey pro.

u do realize that im just going to keep making accounts. The fact you cant even respond to my apoligy just confirms your grudge. Like you dislike me because i posted an honest review. Like you should be apoligising to me the way i see it but yet im willing to let this all go but yet your still acting like a child by not even responding.

when reading this topic and found it was pretty helpful but i was just wondering is it better to stick wit a good protein like ids or hit the weightgainer like smartgainer or truemass. Im just concerned that ids has creatine in it whilst the other two dont.I realize creatine isnt goin 'too mess you up' but i just have a hesitation about it.
I would appreciate any genuine feedback. Thanks

weight gainers have their place but a well structured diet with a whey would be far better than a poor one with a gainer. Ids whey doesn't have creatine in it but smart gainer(also made by ids) does. Creatine can only serve to aid your results and there is only small amounts of it in smart gainer. For any of us to reccomend a product to you we need to know what your goals are(gain muscle/get ripped). And also what your diet is like

ok well if you have the discipline not to eat junk u should take that discipline a step further and get a properly structured diet together.
things to note:
you should have at least 6 meals a day spread out every 2.5 - 3 hours
you should have some form of protein at every meal and total protein intake for the day should add up to at least 1 gram protein per lb you weigh
carb sources should be low gi(brown breads, wholewheat pastas, oats etc)
you should consume healthy fats (olive oil, nuts)
immediately following training you must drink a whey protein shake with carbs(bananas are a good choice)
and im not sure if you go drinking often but if you do this will seriously hamper your results. if you do try keep the drink to spirits with diet drinks(7up free, diet coke, sugar free red bull...) and try to keep drinking nights as rare as possible, like once every few weeks
cook all your meals the night before and bring them around in tupperware boxes in a schoolbag
and remember eating healthy doesnt have to be boring. go to search and search for "muscle building recipes" for some delecious good food.

im 17, 5 10 and am 71 kilos.
rugby training 3 times a week - gym 3 or
4 times a week.
Ive been weights training since around October 07
Yea i got all that about the 6 meals, low gi, healthy fats etc. Thanks though Cill
im not a big drinker but i do drink. Im going to stop for awhile and getting my priorities in order; shape up for summer.
Im not currently using any supplements because my ids whey ran out (great stuff - thanks UN!) and just havent got around to buying more and thought ide wait and see is it worth sticking with the protein.

I would have to say smartgainer as its the best value for money, tastes great and has sum creatine in it. Whichever u choose to get make sure u only take it at bfast or pwo as the carbs in it are maltodextrin(fast acting) which will cause fat storage at wrong intake times(which u prob already know )
