Here is my point, nearly any one can get the big look, eat shit loads of food knock back true mass every second meal, and lift weights! great you look big (@18%bf)! now try strip the fat away. I seriously doubt you will have much if any mass left by the time you get down to single digits! Its very hard to be big and ripped. adding lean muscle is a very very slow process.

u do realize that im just going to keep making accounts. The fact you cant even respond to my apoligy just confirms your grudge. Like you dislike me because i posted an honest review. Like you should be apoligising to me the way i see it but yet im willing to let this all go but yet your still acting like a child by not even responding.

It would have to be the big guy for me!

A little from column A, a little from column B...

Ever since I started training my long term goal was 200lbs and a single digit bf coupled with lots and lots of strength. I wouldnt say its changed much but as I get more and more into my training and diet I have an almost biological urge to get bigger. Its like my body is just screaming out for me to eat like a savage and just get huge! Its crazy! So who knows, I might go nuts and end up looking like the big guy!

But in my head, like others have said, 200lbs of good lean muscle at low levels of fat is a very hard feat to achieve and its definitely where I want to be at.
Tom Venuto is THE standard in my opinion...

"No citizen has a right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training...what a disgrace it is for a man to grow old without ever seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable."

I guess big guy for me since thats what I've always been , I mean if I could get even to 10-12% bodyfat I'd probably maintain that and just keep strenght training then.I guess a good description would be to look a bit like a worlds strongest man competitior Jesse Marunde who was sometimes fairly cut but not like single digits cut.Thats my idea anyway hopefully I'l get it and and be down to 18 stone.

I never knew he died! I did wonder where he was though because i hadnt seen him in any strongman comps in ages. He was an absolute beast and a nice guy.

I think to be fair he died due to an enlarged heart , not due to his fat% whatever , think they said it was something to do with the roids , so thats a tad unfair revolver....

When insulin levels are elevated in the body, it is physiologically impossible to burn muscle for energy (on a cell to cell basis). When insulin is present in the bloodstream it is also impossible oxidize fatty acids from adipocytes.

Always wanted to be the big guy. Wouldn't mind taking the bf% down to the low teens but going below 10% and getting ripped abs don't really do it for me

I think it's far too easy to be the skinny/ripped dude. I mean at the end of the day mass turns heads

Fat cunt on two year bulk up 140lbs(10st)--> 195 (14st) currently at 184/185lbs
