forgot 2 say meal 1 and meal at 18.00 are post workout and meal at 19.00 will b more or less some kind of meat ie chicken,fish or meat with green veg and sweet potatoe so far iv lost 5 lbs using this but ur critisism is appriciated i no tehrs work 2 b done on it
lads was wondering do you no where i cud get or if anyones selling weights at a cheap enough price...im finding it very hard 2 get 2 the gym after skool and study but really want 2 b able 2 lift sumwher!!
