forgot 2 say meal 1 and meal at 18.00 are post workout and meal at 19.00 will b more or less some kind of meat ie chicken,fish or meat with green veg and sweet potatoe so far iv lost 5 lbs using this but ur critisism is appriciated i no tehrs work 2 b done on it

Yea man, make sure the protein, carbs and fats come from the right sources, and the ratio and weight is up to par.

Good stuff 5lb keep it up!

lads was wondering do you no where i cud get or if anyones selling weights at a cheap enough price...im finding it very hard 2 get 2 the gym after skool and study but really want 2 b able 2 lift sumwher!!

Cill had a post up during the week which had equipment and techniques to work with them check it out. Im sure he can point u in the right direction.
