HIT Training is the way forward, any of the guys using DC or HIT GROW LIKE FUCKING WEEDS... im using HIT at the mo but its during a cut so cant really gauge it for growth... ill let you know how its works for my bulk
u do realize that im just going to keep making accounts. The fact you cant even respond to my apoligy just confirms your grudge. Like you dislike me because i posted an honest review. Like you should be apoligising to me the way i see it but yet im willing to let this all go but yet your still acting like a child by not even responding.
Cheers for the summary Jeff
I was reading through some of his post previously and found it quite interesting.
It sounds very logical, a bit unorthodox but where would we be today if Mentzer and the likes didn't break free from traditional principle's.
Might give it a go on a trial basis.

iv been reading around about dc training and I am very interested in giving it a go so I think I'm gonna start it on my next bulk in the summer.
One thing I'm unsure of tho.... The extreme stretching. Do you stretch the muscle straight after the excercise for it or do you do them all at the end?
At the end. You need to keep the intensity going through the workout. Also, it's more beneficial and safe to stretch a warm muscle then a cold one and the muscles will still be very warm at the end of the workout.

ok so I finish the workout and then do all the extreme stretches and I don't do chest sets then stretch chest, then move onto shoulders sets and stretch them straight after etc right?
Im doing DC atm and finding it beneficial. Ill give you some info on it that i complied from intensemuscle. It'll give you evrything you need for DC training. Your better off printing it off and reading it aswell. Its much easier to read on a page.
