Ok first of all, I strongly recommend you overdose on petrol fumes and creatine. This will definitely make you big and strong and your parents will be grateful.

Secondly, don't follow that advice at all because it will kill you and since you don't even know how to type a question that makes sense, I don't want to be responsible for the lack of your useless existance on this planet. What would the "lads" say if DaffyD couldn't make it to rugby training? That would be like a total disaster.

I would like to make a point and you may not like what I have to say; You're never going to be a professional rugby player so you should get a new dream to follow kid.
