which means your body isnt strong enough to do a full ass to calves 110 kg squat...you should be reppin 140-50 on deads if thats really your squat

When insulin levels are elevated in the body, it is physiologically impossible to burn muscle for energy (on a cell to cell basis). When insulin is present in the bloodstream it is also impossible oxidize fatty acids from adipocytes.

Ha the lies from some people here...

Age: 23
Weight: 72kg
Bench: 92.5kg (full rep - bar to chest and lock out)
Squat: 95kg (full rep - ass to the floor)
Deadlift: 145kg (no belt, hate wearing belts any way)

Someothers:

Barbell Curl: 52.5kg
Bent over Row (Underhand grip): 95kg
Pull up's: 18reps wide grip (all the way down lockout, chin up over the bar, no half bitch reps)
Skull Crushers: 50kg or 47.5kg (can't remember)
Close grip Bench: 72.5kg (hands 12inches apart, bar down to chest and lockout)

The best activities for your health are pumping and humping.
