The main carb source in gainers is Maltodexrin, a high GI carb, your gonna end up storing alot of it of fat if your horseing the stuff into you... Brown rice never hurt anyone..

Dont get stuck up on cals, yeah they count, but worry more about the grams of Protein, Carbs, and Fat your getting daily. And try and get them from whole foods, its not easy eating like a body builder, so start small, set yourself goals like saying to yourself that your gonna eat four chicken fillets a day.

The best activities for your health are pumping and humping.

I dont think maltodextrin is too bad...i havnt tested it with a glucometer but ive just gone through a 6 lb tub of monster mass in a month and im still real lean. REAL LEAN!!!! lol

milk for instance is considered low on the g.i but it has a high position on the insulin index shuttling insulin levels through the roof, the same way sweets do.

Brown rice hurt me Dbyrne It hurt me bad! Long story...

FUCK YOU BROWN RICE YOU MOTHERFUCKER I WILL HAVE YOUR HEAD ON A PLATTER YOU BLAND TASTING VENOMOUS BASTARD!

My diet as of today: carbs are finally increased.

breakfast) monster milk 1.5 scoops 2 slices pitta bread, 1 bowl porridge.

2) chicken 200 gr with peanut butter

3) monster milk 1.5 scoops with pitta bread 2 slices

4) monster milk with MOAR pitta bread!

5) pwo meal steak or salmon with porridge and you guessed it PITTA BREAD!

6) Salmon or tuna with mayonnaise before bed...but i gots ta get me some franks hot sawce!

When insulin levels are elevated in the body, it is physiologically impossible to burn muscle for energy (on a cell to cell basis). When insulin is present in the bloodstream it is also impossible oxidize fatty acids from adipocytes.

In the long run timing of supplement ingestion isnt that important at all. Have protein when you want and have 5-10 grams of creo a day.
