Don't wanna feed the ego but you seem like you're making good gains, the old photos you used to post were just of a skinny ripped lad but if it is you in Raw you seem to have added a bit of size. Fair play. There's only a few guys in Raw who have good technique and seem to know what they're doing so it's easy to spot a person who's taking things seriously.

If you do get a pass from Venom and are allowed to stay on this forum try to behave cos apart from the 'roid rants you do seem to know what you're doing, don't ruin things like the last time!!

As for the previous photo - if you work out in Raw maybe you know the dude I'm referring to - he was a former competitive bodybuilder, from Tallaght, good lad but is hairier than a f*cking chimp, loves his juice!

red83 you lucky bastard. australia have always been my favourite team after ireland. i would have paid alot of money to get the oppurtunity to train with them. i walked in yesterday just as they we finishing up, although i did get a couple off plates of george smith! and was talking to james o connor for a min. really considering going into work late cos they'll be in again in the morning.
some of them aussie boys were massive! but i suppose when it's your full time job you'd wanna be.
i know they guy from guy from raw you thought was anabolic, he's massive but looks juiced out of it. the few of them that train together are all sound though.

As for the Aussie's, did you see James Horwell?? F*cking Donkey! He was in the last group to train - absolute monstrosity and he's 2 years younger than me!!

The "beefy" lads name is Conor, from Galway - sound lad! Btw, they all work as bouncers in The Palace so if you ever fancy skipping the queue you should get to know Lee! ;)

Conor is an absolute monster, he was lifting with the Aussies and only one or two could lift heavier. He's big in to his rugby so was loving competing with the pros!

what if the parents support his disire to add lbs of muscle on his seemingly under nourished frame -?
