Any suggestions dbyrneryan?

Im happy enough with the amounts ie. protein, carbs and fat totals, the 112g tuna is the amount used for 2 cans which i buy in bulk so it suits me to use this amount...basically each meal provides between 35g and 50g of protein, ideally it would be better with the same value for each meal but this is proving difficult.

Youve only got about 24grm of protein for breakfast, and 35grms of carbs, so id bring the protein and the carbs up to 50grms each as its your first meal of the day.

Have food for meal two instead of a shake.

Theres better protein sorces then tuna, and is it in the brine?

What kinda nuts are you eating? And when do you use ur Udos oil?

What do u think about a shake meal first thing in the morning with the oats it would look something like this:

M1. 2 scoops of whey with 500mls milk, 50 grams oats. Pro: 63g Carbs: 36g Fat 12g

In doing this M2 could look something like this:

3 omega 3 eggs 5 egg whites, 1 slice of wholemeal bread.

The tuna is in the sunflower oil, but i completly drain it anyway, cant stand the brine, i want to stick with the tuna as i like it and its something ive always found as a solid source of protein, in my opinion.

The nuts used are cashue, 50 grams with the tuna and mixed leaf salad as M3 above.

2 udos caps are taken with M1, M3, and M6 as above, is there a problem with having carbs and fats in the same meal or should this be avoided if possible?

The animal pak, is taken pre wo with 5g-10g bcaa's.

Post wo meal includes:

2 scoops of whey, 1 serving creatine, 5g-10g bcaas, and then the waximaize.

Im really tring to get the diet spot on with a little more info i will revise it again and put together 7 meals i feel is worthy for any athlete!!

Post workout: take the Waximazie first, wait 15mins, then take your protein.

Take BCAAs before and during your workout.

Id take the Animal pak with breakfast.

Keep fats and carbs seperate.

Id only use milk in my protein shake before bed.

Do you eat chicken or steak?

man why all the milk with the protein, most people buy whey for its speed of absortion, when u mix the whey with milk it reacts with the casein in the milk and slows down the absortion, if ur lookin for a more substantial shake add peanut butter, maybe some flaxseeds or just grab some fruit with it
