Ok ok bit of confusion, i can see why it all got a little conflicting now...
My bad, i meant to say upright rows not BB shrugs, which i did yesterday and increased to 10kg on a EZ bar. Yes if i was to do shrugs with an EZ bar id prob look at around 60kgs.

most enthusiastic post in the history of enthusiastic posts
"Then there is another way of creative manifestation that may come to those who remain true to their inner purpose of awakening. Suddenly one day they know what their outer purpose is. They have a great vision, a goal, and from then on they work toward implementing that goal. This is where the third modality of awakened doing arises: enthusiasm" (Eckart Tolle: 2005)
Yeah no bother mate i'll put up a few pics.
if most fully understood how difficult it is to gain one tenth of a kilo of lean tissue, they'd run and never return to a gym ever
your goals are attainable but not in six weeks- [even anabolic/androgenicly assisted]
in a cerebral joust- only one shall prevail

If your not focring the last rep, ur not building, and if your traps are so big anyway, why are you working them out?

You said you wanted to build 10lbs of muscle?
You're completely delusional with your goals man! Yes, anything is possible, but when setting goals it is critical that you set yourself a realistic goal that is attainable. There is only so much muscle that the body can add in 6 weeks and it ain't nowhere near 10lbs.

There is no loneliness greater than the loneliness of a failure. The failure is a stranger in his own house. |
