I just thought this was a pretty interesting article that'd I'd share with the rest of the forum concerning fears about eating carbs and fats together in daily meals. The article is written by Alan Aragon.

Thanks son.

I keep them separated to spread my cals out into even amounts .

When insulin levels are elevated in the body, it is physiologically impossible to burn muscle for energy (on a cell to cell basis). When insulin is present in the bloodstream it is also impossible oxidize fatty acids from adipocytes.
