Right Lads,

What is, in our opinion, the best weight gainer on the website to see some real gains and why?

Easy answer

Hydrates easily in water or milk some of the others barely dissolve

Tried a whole punch If your looking to gain weight there's two types main types

1:2 protein to carbs and oat based complex carbs

higher typically 1:5 protein to carbs with a maltodextrin based carbs

Both have their benefits but if your looking to really bulk up you'll need to be eating every 2hrs and I found oat based complex carbs will stick around in your stomach and make you feel sluggish all day. So go with the latter and supplement with plenty of eggs, chicken, fat-free milk

Fat cunt on two year bulk up 140lbs(10st)--> 195 (14st) currently at 184/185lbs

Is that how you got such mountainous peaks on you arms? and such super lat development?

When insulin levels are elevated in the body, it is physiologically impossible to burn muscle for energy (on a cell to cell basis). When insulin is present in the bloodstream it is also impossible oxidize fatty acids from adipocytes.
