Hardest part of trying to build size for me is keep a decent diet, as a student I can only work part time which means my income is on average between 100 and 150 a week, just wondering anyone else have to budget like this and if so where do you find the best value and quality to shop for food. At current I just buy all my meat in one go at the start of the week in my local butchers which usually sets me back between ?30 and ?40 and then I buy everything else in Tesco.

Doyle's butchers Frascati FtW. 3 for ?10 deals mix and mathc ...get great bang for your buck on chicken and red meat.

30-40 euro a week on meat and tuna cans.
40 euro a month or so on a tub of protein.
More money spent of peanut butter, minerals and vits.

When insulin levels are elevated in the body, it is physiologically impossible to burn muscle for energy (on a cell to cell basis). When insulin is present in the bloodstream it is also impossible oxidize fatty acids from adipocytes.

It's a challenge but you can do it....

Quit with the expensive pre-pack stuff and load the cart up with huge trays of eggs, milk and bulk chicken

Food = ?70 a week (carfully budgeted)
2 x 12lb bags of weight gainer and 5lb protein = ?124 a month, ?40 on protein bars

Students just call your mom and act all starving, she'll jump in it's the maternal instinct

Fat cunt on two year bulk up 140lbs(10st)--> 195 (14st) currently at 184/185lbs
