I have noticed that this forum has gone downhill ever since Anabolic1 has been challenging everyone and just in general creating a bad atmosphere.
It has become a "dead forum" as he puts it.
So my question is, would people like him to continue to post on this forum or stop posting?

When insulin levels are elevated in the body, it is physiologically impossible to burn muscle for energy (on a cell to cell basis). When insulin is present in the bloodstream it is also impossible oxidize fatty acids from adipocytes. |

yeah it's going pretty good man. under the 15st mark for the first time in a long time, so that's down 10 lbs in 4 weeks. but to be honest it looks more than 10lbs in the mirror. haven't gone mental with the diet either. most days carbs are around 150g (50 morning pre and post) and protein is between 200 and 250. to be honest i'm not going mental counting every calorie, i'm just making sure i'm getting anough protein and i wont change that until my results stop. strength has gone way up too. squat was 75kgs (pathetic i know but i hadn't lifted for 2 months before it) and was 95 was week. felt i had a few more kilos in me too. i'll defo hit 100 on thursday. db bench has gone from 25 to 35kg DBs. my cardio is getting really good now too, interval training is improving every week, adn i even managed an 8 mile run last week. i'm feeling good with training so i haven't bothered with a full body week but this i'll do it for week 7 to give my muscles a semi break.
i haven't really gone mad with cheat meals yet, although domino's meal for 4 challenge will happen soon. i'd go home most sundays so i just eat whatever is cooked. i have stag this weekend so i saving myself for that.
having serious trouble sleeping lately, ordered some zma to see if that'll help but anyone got any other advice?

I had trouble sleeping up till my cheat day on sat because ive pretty much cut all social contact except for those in the gym and my good mate cill for the past month. So then i started thinking about food and shit too much and training started to become mundane.
Took melatonin last night and it was unreal!
eh yeah this is my last week im doing carb depleted at 50 gr now and just finished 30 mins of hard sprinting there. Going cycling later.
Upper body circuits tomorrow and thurs. Thursday noon i begin a low sodium 500 gr carb load...250 gr on friday, 200 gr on sat. Then ill take pics. Then having a banoffee and burger king

That should do the trick. I find with taking zma I have had the nicest sleeps ever
