i think they are booklets whose underlying theme regards bodybuilding.

When insulin levels are elevated in the body, it is physiologically impossible to burn muscle for energy (on a cell to cell basis). When insulin is present in the bloodstream it is also impossible oxidize fatty acids from adipocytes.

Hated by who?

Nobody posts on this forum except me.

When was the last time you posted before this thread?

Don't take the internet so seriously.

I also happen to know and get along with eagle16, alex, cill, howard, paddy, cantona7, hardgainer, and venom of course

They used to post on this forum but it went to shit...oh wait i think thats my fault. I retract anything i just said haha.

I no longer wonder why im hated by those who wish this forum was still in use.

Take it seriously? Judging by your activity at RX Muscle Forums over the last 15 months, you have "Total Posts: 15,019". I think that that is taking the internet too seroiusly...not to mention your constant return to a "dead forum" as you so say...

I happen to know 4 of those people don't like you or your inputs into the forum. Proven by your previous ban from this forum. And yet were still pathetic enough to make another account and continue your ballsy half witted inputs.

Lol @ your epic meltdown! Id say you had some seizure after writing all those comments lololololol. I reiterate...you should take a step back from the internet for a while. You are taking this shit way too seriously and will only aggravate your epic epilepsy.

my comments were tongue in cheek. Especially those about me talking to myself on a forum. Although there is a good bit of truth to that statement as well. No need for me to beat around the bush about that...Im weird, who gives a fuck.

My "half witted inputs" are better than your "zero inputs" and when i do make the effort to take a question on nutrition seriously anywhere, people are satisfied with the answers i give.
Im not actually anabolic1 on RX. I dont have an account on Rx in fact.

Anabolic1 is a 300 lb steroid cunt from america and a moderator on muscular development and Rx as far as i know.

Can you not read between the lines that I am not in fact the person in my profile picture and clearly not the Anabolic1 on RX...or are you a dyslexic as well as epileptic cretin?

What does that have to do with anything you stupid fucking retard?

The only thing in question here is the level at which i have owned every negative cocktard on this forum who challenged me as of late.

Where do body comparisons come into the equation?

I suppose ill put up comparison pics now anyway, although im not finished my 8 week diet.

I use panda. i went over to cills house after my morning stack of pancakes yesterday. That's his back garden.

You reminded me collection day is on Tuesday morning. Don't forget to put the bins out.
