Which protein would you say is better for when your at work and cant be running off every 2 hours to eat a meal?
Would casein be better as its slowly digested? or just whey with milk?
Say an 8 hour shift:
Meal before shift
2 hours into shift, shake
meal 2-3 hours after that
then another shake at end of shift or else wait till you get home and have a meal?
Thanks

6 meals a day every 2-3 hours. Why are you asking questions about this. Can you not think for yourself?

When insulin levels are elevated in the body, it is physiologically impossible to burn muscle for energy (on a cell to cell basis). When insulin is present in the bloodstream it is also impossible oxidize fatty acids from adipocytes. |

Be creative you fuck.
Bring some cold steak burgers, chicken, pre packed chicken, peanut butter, protein shakes.
I walk around with a school bag of 4 chicken breasts, a can of peanut butter 2 cans of tuna and protein every day. And they get fuckin' eatin' whether in work or not. Your employer tells you not to eat, ignore him.

whey is grand here! but it's not a meal in it's own right. Have whey and a handful of almonds when working and eat whole foods on ur break.

to cover 8 hours during work double portion of Matrix protein before or at first brake (tea or lunch) - IMO Syntrax Matrix 5.0 will be the best- whey are ok but not for so long time you need full stack from fast to slow release proteins

I spent 2 days in Fagland and it was total dick. Spent 180 euro on utter fuckin bullshit (travel expenses, food, and general gayness that you find over in that cunting bitch of a city)
Serious Bail.
Hammerin down a pizza 60 gr protein shake and some crunchy nut, to escape the catabolic wrath of my recently spiked cortisol levels.
