Ah creatine is very beneficial all the time i feel, there are so many studies on it and all of them positive, the new issue of MD has a load of new studies on creatine, the big one that caught my attention was having an affect on myostatin.

Personaly, i use it for a bout 12weeks, then take 3-4weeks off from it. Im on my break off at the moment.

But i do agree about the miricle bullsh1t products, waste of time.

The best activities for your health are pumping and humping.

So what you are purporting to tell us is that you have visited a gym before?
Is this correct?

When insulin levels are elevated in the body, it is physiologically impossible to burn muscle for energy (on a cell to cell basis). When insulin is present in the bloodstream it is also impossible oxidize fatty acids from adipocytes.

The basics: whey protein, creatine, multivitamin (any cheap one will do, it's just to fill gaps your diet doesn't cover)

My pre workout stack: phenethylamine, 1,3 dimethylamylamine (aka geranamine), caffeine, arginine, and sometimes beta alanine. You can buy these separately and they are well worth buying. Hopefully UN will stock the first two at some point.

If you're doing cardio and on a calorie deficit: BCAAs are great

Why couldnt you have just wrote Jack'd. That was certainly a strange attempt at sounding smart.

Anyway note the structural similarities:

Why?

If you are trying to lose bodyfat the use of BCAA's would be bad idea around cardio, as the amino acid leucine stimulates insulin release without the presence of glucose and the body can only burn fat when insulin is not present.

Remember that Catabolic only describes the process of something being broken down for energy. You arent going to lose your hard earned muscle just because cortisol is released from training.

Cortisol, when acting without elevated insulin levels and without being constantly elevated like during chronic stress, triggers the breakdown of triglycerides into free-fatty acids (FFAs) for metabolization and triggers lipolysis. So the catabolic hormone everyone is afraid of actually speeds up the fat burning process helping you towards your fat loss goals.

When insulin levels are elevated in the body, it is physiologically impossible to burn muscle for energy (on a cell to cell basis). When insulin is present in the bloodstream it is also impossible oxidize fatty acids from adipocytes.

Wasn't trying to sound smart. I call them that once then use the simpler names so people know what I'm saying. Here's why I think this combination is better than Jacked:

Jack3d has AAKG, not l-arginine which I find to be more effective.
Jack3d does not have PEA, which is essential IMO. More important than the geranamine.
You can choose your own levels of caffeine and geranamine. For me, there's not enough geranamine in Jack3d.
I don't always feel like using beta alanine. That tingling sensation can be a pain in the ass.

And not that it's that important but I hate the taste of Jack3d.

Also, the structure of PEA is far close to the top 3 substances than geranamine. I don't know what your point is though.

Also, I said calorie deficient. Not carbohydrate deficient.
