Im doing ab workouts about twice a week, about 3 days apart from each other.

What I do is:
3 sets of side bends with a dumbbell
the oblique bicycle thing, usually 3 times each time until I cant continue
then get the execise ball and with my legs move it up towards my core in the air and take it with my hands right back down to the floor near my head and then bring it back up to my core and give it back to the legs and lower it back to the ground (dont know what that ones called!)
do that one 3 times again till failure,

Trying to get bigger obliques and abs

Is this enough or the right exercises?

Cheers for the reply,
That program looks great but Im working out at home as I dont have a gym membership so I wouldnt really be able to do exercises like that, dont have the facilities for it!
Any other ideas?

ok try this
double crunches 15-20 reps
&
elbow to knee twisting crunches 15-20 reps
(3 supersets of above)
then
jacknife sit-ups 15-20 reps
&
side bends 15-20 reps
(3 supersets of above)

usualy takes around 12-15 mins, give it a try!

Great thanks for the info!
Hows my plan look though? is it alright or bad?
I find the side bends good for working the obliques
