Howdy lads, gettin nice gains all over really apart from fore arms

i always do fore arm curls (palm up and down) during my arm work out at least once a week, just looking for any tips or other exercises you would recommend. Im tall and sakinny naturally so im not expecting them to explode but a bit of growth would really help make my arms look fuller.

I do barbell curls with a pronated grip, and Hammer curls, every arm workout, this will work the brachioradialis.

And normal supinated barball curls will get your forearm flexors, but i fell preacher curls hit them better.

The best activities for your health are pumping and humping.

When insulin levels are elevated in the body, it is physiologically impossible to burn muscle for energy (on a cell to cell basis). When insulin is present in the bloodstream it is also impossible oxidize fatty acids from adipocytes.

cheers dbyrne, i do preacher curls alright, and hammer curls, gonna go for a bitta pronated grip like you said.

reverse curls are very good

Best forearm exercises: Hammer curls, Farmers walks, Deadlifts and BB single arm bicep curls :) they're fun!
