My new diet wil consist of a high, medium and low calorie day to keep suprising my metabolism. it goes as follows.
High Calorie Day
Breakfeast
2 whole eggs
3 large egg whites
1 cup cooked oatmeal
1 banana.
Late Morning snack:
half a can of tuna
2 slices whole wheat bread.
1 tbsp of fat free mayo.
Lunch:
6oz. chicken breast
1 medium sweet potato
1 cup mixed fruit(in light syrup)
Midday snack:
8 oz of fat free yogurt.
Pre workout
55 mins before 1 scoop of whey
then super charge 5 mins before ,
Post workout snack
Cellmass
Dinner
6.0z chicken breast
2 cups of spaghetti
200g green veg
half a cup of marinara sauce,
Night time snack
I cup cooked atmeal
8oz of cottage cheese
Casein before bed.
Medium Calorie Day
Breakfeast
2 whole eggs
3 large egg whites
1 cup cooked oatmeal
1 banana
Mid Morning Snack
half a can of tuna
2 slices of whole wheat bread
1tbsp of fat free mayo
1 orange
Lunch
6oz of chicken breast
1 medium sweet potato
Pre workout
1 scoop f whey
then super pump
Post workout
Cellmass
Dinner
9oz of sole or flounder
2 cups cooked brown rice
2 cups green salad
1 tbsp of fat free italian dressing
Night time snack
8 0z cttage cheese
1 cup of cooked oatmeal
Casein before bed
Low Calorie Day
1 whole egg
3 large egg whites
1 cup cooked oatmeal
1 orange.
Late Morning snack
4 0z of deli turkey breast
2 slices of whole wheat bread
1 tbsp of mustard
Lunch
6 oz of chicken breast
1 medium sweet potato
Pre workout
1 scoop of whey
then super charge 60 mins later
Post workout
Cellmass
Dinner
Sole or flounder
2 cups of spaghetti
200g of green veg
2tbsp of olive oil
Night time snac
8 oz cottage cheese
1 cup cooked oatmeal
casein before bed.

Just finished up my calorie cycling diet. Went great!
Prepared now for some really solid gains now
My new max lifts are
Deadlift 215
Bench 160
Squat 230
Shoulder Press 100kg (50s) what a pain in the ass getting them up tho
Chest press 150 the 75s
Leg Press 400 but I don't think I did myself justice and did not bring it down low enough going to retry this one
The lifts need to go up a bit still but In the following 6 weeks I should blow these max's out

If you're squatting that much more than you deadlift you aren't squatting to depth.

Squat: 305 x 2.20462262 pounds =672. lbs
Bench:215x 2.20462262 pounds = 474. lbs
Total: 1730.6lbs.
At age 18 eric lilliebridge totaled 1746lbs to get an all time national record in U.S.A.

Right time to reconstruct this myyy bad I ha da chat with Ryan okay
Bench I hit the chest but failed half way up and got help putting onto rack
Squat I did have someone covering me from the lats and it wasnt probabaly a fullrange squat and
The huge thing i left out the deadlift was from the rack
they were kilo lifts but after Ryans advice Bench will now be attempted with no spot squat with no assitance and a deadlift from floor and will repost sorry I probly seem like I fed some bullshit now

Sorry i had to be a dick again Eagle. Youve been sound out on the forum and in general but a world record claim causes controversy.
Remember:
A deadlift is off the floor, with no straps if you're a hero. You also must lock out evenly at the waist and place the bar back on the floor.
A squat is to a depth where your knee and hips are parallel.
I would consider myself a pussy and still considerably weak but i rack deadlifted 190kg for 7 reps with no straps below the knee the other day.
My mate sam rack deadlifted 300kg from the same position for 1 rep after knee surgery a few months prior.
Sam reverse band benched 5 20kg plates a side also at 100 kg weight or under.
Bear in mind that the European junior powerlifting record is owned by a lad called paul in my gym ...300kg.
