Currently taking CR2 creatine capsules and happy with my size but would like some help losing a little fat all round but hate cardio and i eat like a horse. Was thinking about starting a HIIT program on the treadmill to help but struggling to get motivated with the whole cardio thing?
Any good fat burning exercises or ideas to help loose a few pounds??
Currently training 1hr weights 4 days a week.

I am not trying to be smart but.... stop eating like a horse and start doing cardio!
U have already been given an interval session in a previous thread.
Loosing weight is not difficult and there are no tricks and tips.

drop them calories straight away and clean up the diet for a few weeks before getting serious. When you get serious stay low g.i carb wise! get some eca to help and blah blah blah train insane!

When insulin levels are elevated in the body, it is physiologically impossible to burn muscle for energy (on a cell to cell basis). When insulin is present in the bloodstream it is also impossible oxidize fatty acids from adipocytes. |

Cheers my brothers!
Truth be told i'm just a lazy shite when it comes to cardio, i know i was given an interval cardio routine but just thought i'd throw the question out again and see what came up? You tend to repeat yourself when yr on here and sitting at work with fuck all else to do.
Oh yeah and the other problem i have with cardio is my ankles have been busted numerous times playing ball so my ankles feel like those of a 60 year old

cycle your carb intake is prob the easiest way
ie 3 days carbs just pwo (under 100g)
4th day carbs bfast, pwo and meal after pwo (bout 300g)
eat as much fats as u feel like(within reason lol) on the low carb days (except pwo) ,and none on the high carbs days and just keep everything really clean until your cheat meal
over thinking shit was the worst mistake i ever made with bodybuilding now i just eat like this and dont pay any attention to how much it is (just make sure im getting enough protein) and iv been steadily gaining strength while keepin my bodyfat exactly where it has been since my cut with fuck all cardio so if i wanted to drop fat id just start runnin again but right now im just enjoyin training.
for cardio just go to a football pitch or a track and sprint from one side to the other 8-10 times with full recovery in between each sprint set
if ur ankles are too weak for that go on the stairmaster for 20-30 mins after weights
or just take up a fucking cardio based sport so ur havin a bitta fun while doin cardio . . . somethin like kickboxing or mma
dropping fat really isnt hard . . . unless ur tryin to get to like 4% bodyfat

And cill on that note i heard that lee priest was at 4%. So our conception of 4% is completely misconstrued. The caliper tests are shit. Andreas munzer didnt even get below 3%. So id be about 10-12% now but still have abs and small waist.
Carb cycling is also kind of over thinking. Jay cutler likes doing that but i prefer doing the exact same thing every day. I dont think ill carb cycle again.

I agree with a1.... carb cycling is a pain in the hole!! I think low / moderate carbs 6 days a week and then a re-feed of 400g to 600g once a weekand don't mess with ur fats and proteins on this day... keep them the same. A high calorie day is needed.
Re-feed twice a week if you are very lean and in tough training, e.g final few weeks pre comp. It keeps the metabolism moving and prevents you flattening too much and getting run down.

Yeah ck. A hardcore diet that has worked for all the competitors in mr ireland is very basic has one carb source, either sweet potato or oats or brown rice, has little saturated fat, and has high protein and loads of vegetables. I was talkin to noel van der berg and he was sayin that increasing calories becomes important after 10 or so weeks hard training!

man i wish i had that problem....
tho... simply try not eat couple hours before bed time, mean go to sleep with an empty stomach or just have a protein, no way hard food...and most likely maybe really hard thing for ya don't drink alcohol (most of the time bear) before night time as well since bear has lots of calories...
this all is cause at night time body is relaxing (that's the point why you sleep in the first place) if you go to the gym working out on your muscle night time is the time when your body grows the most and all the food and drink that you eat before bed time simply is not being burned/used by your body since it all sleeps so all the calories (fat) stays in your body most likely stomach, (that's why bear drinking folks walk around with fat belies).
well as for me since I'm skinny if i don't work out. i don't have that problem (i don't even drink alcohol) so i could be eating as much as i want, but there is one but as well to that, i have a two choices 1. eat and digest food at night or 2. stop eating and let muscle rest and grow
but like guy said above losing weight is easy...
and to all that you also have to drink at least 4 liters of still water! sparkling - no good! cause CO2 destroys oxygen molecules in you blood, which makes you week and you want to drink more and more (its no good, that the way company's make money while making you drink and drink and drink and when you think you should have enough of water in your body actually you have none!)
man i go to bed....

Do not take this advice! Your body will eat itself if you sleep with an empty stomach. Not eating slows down your Metabolism, what i do agree with is protein shake before bed, one or two scoop of casien and a table spoon of extra virgin olive oil.

yeah that's true, sorry got some additional info last day...
but i would consider that, if you have too much of fat, that would mean you have enough of energy stuck all around your body to make it threw the night, so let the body take it from there and not from your stomach (well that just my opinion) still i think most important is your mind.
but still what i wanted to say don't eat hard digestive food before bed, put some food that your body needs basically, and nothing more (more is usually anything that you want to ) this is not for loosing weight or adding it, its just for healthy living
i never had problems with too much of weight, actually Fat % machine come to an error when i us it ...

Again, do not take this advice! Your body needs protein to repair muscle, not bodyfat!
I dont mean to sound harsh man, but are you making all of this up off the top of your head?

Nah i heard it somewhere or someone told me, or i read it somewhere my self. ...but i'm mad on my self too now, cause i was doing basically wrong everything my self, wrong eating wrong work at gym....(i'm trying to gain weight tho...not loose it) for me is funny how you cant really loose weight since there so many and so easy ways of doing it, i got a friend who can gain 5-10kg of fat/meat a week same time in the gym he would loose it all or more, and he eats like horse, looks like grizzly bear, but he has no problem loosing weight his average is 105kg (201cm height) he never said its hard to loose weight...so i don't think it is, once you want it your self.
the easiest way probably is looking in the mirror and saying ohhh i got lil bit here lil bit here but it ok, i'll be fine (next thing you know you are sumo slammer) you know instead of pushing your self 5-10min more in the gym and everything would be just fine...
B.T.W. dunno if you know but throw my life i understand-ed one thing people who cant push themselves... there has to be people who would push them... and if hes too lazy you have to do it the hard way, very hard way...
same story bout different friend if we didn't push him if parent didn't push him, today he would be just a fat ass fatty weighing 150kg least but his parents helped him by pushing him to basketball trainings today hes ~95kg 24 years of age and he was 95kg when he was 13 years of age, and we pushed him to work hard in trainings 17 years of age he finally did a push up mater a fact he did two.
so you know this guy said he cant help it, tell him the hard way, maybe he'll do half of what i said and he'll be ok
