When insulin levels are elevated in the body, it is physiologically impossible to burn muscle for energy (on a cell to cell basis). When insulin is present in the bloodstream it is also impossible oxidize fatty acids from adipocytes.

In the pic there i weigh just over 14stone... but that was dry and on stage, i was about 10 lbs heavier within a week.

But i'v decided after talkin about it for a while to give strongman a proper go.

I do a bit of trainin with conor on sundays in raw... he is showin me the ropes in strongman but his lifts are still bigger than mine..... i'll catch him soon doh

maybe you can up it to 102kg nosetork because your spotter isnt satisfied that 100kg is the heaviest you can lift. With the best spotter you will lift 105kg for 5 reps in 3 weeks.

Thats really odd, ur bench is very advanced and squat good too but ur deadlift despite being good is way off ur other lifts...

and u must have a strong lower back if u squat 250 deep... how deep do u squat?

have u not been deadlifting long or why is the difference there?

Defo!! I wreckin he is 100% lying... or exaggerating the truth!! i.e doing a partial squat and basically loading the bench press heavy to do a lockout from the rack (as so many people do in the gym... just before hammering their biceps for an hour )

Deadlift is the only one of those exercises where you cannot cheat and cod urself because the bar starts at the bottom of the movement!

-- or maybe we are wrong -- and his bench is class... the squat makes no sense doh!!

P.s i frount squatted 155kg for 2 this week!! Good times!!
But missed at 160kg!! Bad times!!
