Should i get a weight gainer or just a whey protien to put on good mass...? Pretty skinny at the minute but just started doing a goog heavy weight programme...

Im 23, 6ft and 75kg/165lbs.. Working out 3-4 times a week with biceps, chest day 1... triceps and back day 2... shoulders and legs the next... abs every workout day too... I dont eat any shite but i drink once a week... Just afraid il put on fat if i take this weight gainer... like il be putting on another 2500 calories a day with it... Is that too much?

yeah you should deffo be able to put on at least 15 lbs of fat on with that in a matter of weeks. My favourite method though is going to mcdonalds and eating pizza and doghnuts every night.

You should order the wing street chicken from phdelivery with some phuckin extra sawce 12 inch chicken and chorizo pizza with some diet pepsi.

if you want to get bigger you gotta put on weight first, i had the same problem bout 6 onths ao when i first started properly.
your gonna put on some fat iff you want to get bigger muscles and get stronger. i was 6 ft 2 and 170lbs about 5 months ago, tall and a bit lanky, really struggled to put on weight, now im 182lbs.
i took the advice from the guys on here and up'd my kcal intake by about 600 a day, and changed my diet (have a look in the diet section) make sure your gettin 1g protein per pound of body weight, and about 600-700 kcals more a day then you usually do... and from good food sources.
At the moment im taking No Shotgun pre wo (gettin some nice gains from it too), i take IDS pro whey isolate about 3 times a day, and i have 2 weight gains shakes a day also one about an hour before work out on work out days (and in the morning about 11 on non work out days) and the other weight gainer usually before bed.
From what you've said it seems like you had the same problam i had a while ago, but i changed my diet (diet section) and supplemented with the above supplements. Put on about 12lb in the last few months, pretty happy with it too.
Dont worry bout the body fat, its way easier to lose than putting on good solid muscle.

Cheers srumball, appreciate the good advice.. yea seems like ive the same problem u had a while ago.. just gonna keep downing this weight gainer and see how i get on... think i was more paraniod more than anything about putting on fat.. cheers again, speak again..

I think you should eat the whole bucket in one go.
Its really just logic isnt it. If the adverts say 1 scoop every day will make you gain 30 lbs then 80 scoops a day should make you gain 2400 lbs in a mere 12 weeks!

getting my creatine at the moment from the NO shotgun and the gainer that im using, for pure creatin supplementation you cant beat CellMass, havent used it in a while cause it 40 euro a tub but its worth it. I used the ALRI CR2 caps there a while back, there ok nothing like cellmass though.
I saw nice results using CytoSports, CytoGainer. It doesnt have as many calories as your Mammoth or Serious Mass, but its alot easier to drink so was taking 2/3 those a day for bout 2 1/2 weeks. Its got 54g Protein, and good bit of creatine aswell.
The mammoth stuff will do you good as long as you take it at least 2 times a day though, i didnt take serious mass seriously when i first took it and i wasted my money. Take it at least 2 times everyday, and eat the shit outta it (GOOD FOOD) and you will start to bulk up nicely.
