Is it real important for you to put on size? you probs dont need to put on much if your boxing skills are up to par in your weight class...

you should buy phd pharma whey choco mint or cookie flavour they are both great value whey proteins and great taste too!

or you could get monster milk...its better than muscle milk (america's favourite!) and tastier too.

you could use zma to help you sleep- it's cheap and i always thought it was great and the effects dont ware off. Its a zinc magnesium formula. I think its the high dose of magnesium that aids sleep...not sure though.

You could buy some protein bars to help you get in extra clean calories as well for training. I recommend the lean body lee labrada bars...maybe almond fucge of then again you could get supreme protein bars if you have the money.

Gaspari myofusion is delicious and great quality aswell. Great bang for buck.

When insulin levels are elevated in the body, it is physiologically impossible to burn muscle for energy (on a cell to cell basis). When insulin is present in the bloodstream it is also impossible oxidize fatty acids from adipocytes.

There wouldnt be a crazy difference in diets between a boxer and a normal trainer bulking except that a boxer would need 1 or 2 more carb meals. An extra few mowls of porridge should be all you need, ya dont wanna be slothish with a full belly while training like!

Meal1) porridge and protein shake with raisins or fruit...actually throw some banana in your porridge like a good boy!

HAVE A CHEAT MEAL TWICE A WEEK! BUT NOT ON FUCKING BAKED GOODS. HAVE YOUR FAVOURITE PASTA, CHINESE OR WHATEVER.

Meal 2) Chicken breast with pasta or protein shake with oats mixed in if you are on the go. Have some peanut butter jam toasties as well with sugar free jam with a nice cuppa testosterone

3) Get some good whole food in pre workout

Training

4) Post workout meal...protein fats carbs (peanut butter or olive oil or omega 3 tabs)

5) get some whole food in blah blah blah.

6) Nobody is ever fuckin bothered to eat whole food before bed so 40 grams of protein with a tablespoon of peanut butter should do the jobbie

My friend is pretty big into it. His diet was something like this

Breakfeast: Porridge no milk. Smoothie (optional scoop of whey)/ or 2 glasses of fresh juice, which was Orange Juice. I hink he varied it between that and a smoothie. then scrambled eggs.

Mid Morning Protein Shake with helping of fruit.

Lunch: Tuna Sandwhich/chicken breast sandwhich. I don't think he was very picky on white or wholewheat bread. Then some more fruit and a yoghurt.

before he trained he ahd a bowl of pasta a banana with a bag of nuts before hand.

Post training he usually had a protein bar or a sandwhich.

Dinner: Steak/Chicken/Tuna Fillet/Salmon with boiled potatoes or brown rice with plenty of veg.

Evening: Protein shake with fruit and nuts.

Before bed: think it was cottage cheese.

And with his 3 main meals he was taking 3 omega3 capsules with vitamins.

There is no loneliness greater than the loneliness of a failure. The failure is a stranger in his own house.
