ordered the day before yesterday 2 tubs monster milk and vanilla toffee fudge oh yeah bars, shop was out of stock of that flavour of bars, i was called within 3 minutes of placing my order to resolve the problem so the efficiency was incredible.

received my order the next day with a free shaker and a free muscle milk rtd. best service in ireland by far!

I think ill blow some more dough next week. I might get the nitrocore24 optimum.
When insulin levels are elevated in the body, it is physiologically impossible to burn muscle for energy (on a cell to cell basis). When insulin is present in the bloodstream it is also impossible oxidize fatty acids from adipocytes.
