Hey there man,

You should put up what you've been eating and what your eating now. Also, what your training is cuurently like so the guys can give some genuine feedback.

You have a decent build for a 17 year as well!

Now listen here! I answered your question correctly. If you want to "bulk" i.e increase muscle hypertrophy considerably, you are going to need exogenous aids!

Otherwise just do what you have been doing up till now. You weigh what?? 180-185 lbs? maybe even more!

Train consistently. You dont even need mass amounts of food, as long as you are training and getting stronger then fuck it you will see yourself getting bigger as you have done since you started.

HornDog did you ever beat your crystal meth addiction? If you did you should probably upload a new profile pic in celebration of your new
un-emaciated self.

When insulin levels are elevated in the body, it is physiologically impossible to burn muscle for energy (on a cell to cell basis). When insulin is present in the bloodstream it is also impossible oxidize fatty acids from adipocytes.

Ryan you have been warned already, please dont ruin it for you self. your imput is appricated but stop being an ass hole to members

u do realize that im just going to keep making accounts. The fact you cant even respond to my apoligy just confirms your grudge. Like you dislike me because i posted an honest review. Like you should be apoligising to me the way i see it but yet im willing to let this all go but yet your still acting like a child by not even responding.
