Hi there guys, first of props on the site, store and forum! Ordered some supplements there over the weekend, waithing on delivery today hopefully!

Im really just looking for any advice on gaining a bit of weight and muscle mass. I'm 6 foot 2 inchs and 80kg (175 pounds) i've got a pretty slim build but i wouldnt concider myself skinny, quite broad shoulders, skinny legs, big enough arms.

After researching my body type online i an only come to the conclusion that im a ectomorph/hardgainer.

Been in the gym for about the last 5 weeks concentrating on getting correct form down for the basic exercises (squats, curls, bench, leg machines, flyes etc.) and only taking supplements pre and post workout on those days just protein for recovery.

Had a chat with one the guys up in the gym he checked my form and said that i was getting on well and to up the weight now, that form is good, and try to gain some mass.

I was taking serious mass on my trainning days twice a day and once every other day, i did put on a bit of weight at the start but seem to have plateau'd at 175 pounds! I've gotten concidereable stronger in the past 5 weeks, now i want to really get into it though seeing as the winter is coming and there is shag all else to do (recession)!

Ordered the ALRI CR2 caps and a batch of gold standard 100% Whey protein. Cant really stomach too many shakes so that why i got the caps of creatine.

I really just wanna bulk up 10-20 pounds, then work on getting cut in the new year.

Any helps really appreciated lads, and props again on the site!!
