Hi, I'm new to the forum but am pretty familiar with UN.
I'm looking to come off my cut (Keto) and get into a bulk. As most of my products (Protein, Udo's Oil, Fibre etc) are coming to an end I'm looking to re-stock/plan for my bulk.
Couple of things:
1. Is it ok to go straight from cut to bulk, or should I rather slowly introduce carbs back into my diet?
2. I am in a good routine of 6 balanced meals from the cut (3 shakes, 3 meals) and am looking for a replacement to the Low-Carb Protein I have been taking. Obviosuly I need something with decent calorie/carb/protein content, should I be looking at something like IDS Smart Gainer? It's in my price range and I have taken IDS products before. Suggestions welcome.
3. Creatine. Never taken it before, should I wait until I am into the bulk to start using, or should I pre-load and start right from the beginning?
Once I know a little more about what supplements I will require, I will post up my proposed diet for diagnosis :)
Thanks for any feedback in advance. I realise my knowledge is limited, so please bare with me ;)

1)Try increase calories by about 20%(mainly consisting of carbs) from what you were taking in on the diet. Monitor weight change over fist week and you can increase decrease depending on the outcome.
2)Try blending up some oats and adding them to your shakes.Just observe how much your adding.
3)Doesn't really matter. You would get more benifits from creatine using it when bulking.

Thanks for the reply and suggestions Howard.
Will start increasing the calories with carbs as you said, the guideline of 20% was exactly what I was looking for.
Been reading alot on the forums here and am busy watching the Milos Sarcev's Seminar's (secrets of the Pro's) that Venom posted, starting to answer a few of my own questions and getting a better understanding of what I need to focus on meal wise. A structured bulk diet is new to me, so all the info is proving very helpful.
Thanks again.
