alry lads just a quick question regarding training.im a relative newbie been training regularly a few months now .so far ive been doing a full body workout targeting main body areas three times a week ie the same workout three times.i feel like im ready to tarhet specific muscle groups now.just wondering at 17 would it make sense to dedicate an entire day to core?i cant work legs at the mo as still recovering from injury and theyre gettin enough work with the training-tuesday and thursday- match sunday.any suggestions?also im struggling to get bis to grow.i train at home with bench barbell dumbells pull up bar'not much i can do with em?cheers.

I train core every morning before school for about 20 mins. Is this the best way to go?
