Ive started doing weights and cardio and things are going good..
Ive also started talking the 100% gold standard whey protein..
Burning some un-wanted fat but still worried about the chest area.. I know i should give it time but am i wasting my time if im still having them good few drinks on a saturday night...
No i defo wouldn't say you are wasting your time cause any training and healthy eating will massively improve cardiovascular fitness and so that means healthy heart and healthy lungs which is most important!!
But in terms of gaining muscle, loosing fat and improving strength and shape then booze is the devil!!
If you do really want to loose some weight i would say drop the booze till you reach ur goal!
Then going forward a few beers when heading out is cool, but 8 pints a night and spirits will prob just bring u back to where you started!
hey man in my opinion drinking once a week is fine but if it means alot to u maybe switching t vodka and a diet drink as a mixer to ease up on the cals. and watch the late night munchies after a night out!
