so whos going? i cant wait! feeling pretty ripped! no carb no fat days rule! tomorrow i'm on a no carb no fat no protein day just Fiber ;)

i had a dream that i was up on stage posing and girls were throwning cake buns up on the stage (instead of there closes!) it was awesome! lol i starting to lose it!

i'm pretty depleted at the mo, so just going into a straight carb up! n'd drop the water the night befor the show!

em dono about the ribbf show, i need to get a job and study hard at collage this year! so we'll see but most likely not gona do it.

i was told there by marjia from nabba that there will be 9 competors in juniours, which is great! the morning show starts at 11.30 i think!

How much are tickets for this and can they be purchased at the door?

there ?27.50 for the evening show that starts at 6.30.
well unless there sold out but every year you could still buy them at the door!

Hey kane, whats the fiber day like lol? is it just greens or has he got you using fiberlyze? i did the protein the veg days for a month one day on one off, got ripped, never did the fiber days, how many you doing?

yo man! i was just joking about the firbe days, that would be the day i'd give up bb if i was told to do that lol! yeah the no fat days are great! i can see my face get more drawn in through out the day!

did my last leg day today, pretty happy cos i only have 3 more days of cardio left!!! then i'm gona carb up! *YAY* lol
