well whether bulking or training its important to focus on these areas;

shoulders,back,chest ,arms ,core, legs and cardio.

try to do groups ...

so if your doing a three day work out maybe

light warm up on treadmil

1st day; shoulders and back

2nd day; chest and arms

3rd day legs and cardio

also if your looking to get serious about it three days of weights is not enough 4 would be standard .

[b]oh and the most important thing for starting training.....buy a small copy and keep tabs of everything u do in gym per day!!that way you will be able to look back over previous weeks and see where you are improving ..it helps keep you motivated and you can set targets aswel!

i believe confidence in yourself is the key to being happy!
