Hello everyone. im currently cutting ive been cutting for around twelve weeks now and and am fairly sick of dieting!! ive been making fairly good progress. my goal is to get as lean as possable and then go straight into a bulk and catch an anabolic rebound.
i weighed bang on 80kg after training last night im 5ft9 and my bf is 9/10%? not to sure.
im taking in around 2600cals with a refeed on sunday heres my diet
TRAINING DAY
m1. 100g sprouted bread 50g proteinblend shake 1000mg vitC & multivit
m2. 200g chicken 1tbs olive oil 100g green veg
m3. 200g turkey 1tbs olive oil 100g green veg
m4. 200g fish 1tbs udos oil 100g green veg
20min pre wo 10g BCAAs 5g creatine monohydrate 50g carb from fruite juices
TRAIN
pwo 50g waximaise 10gBCAAs 5gcreatine monoh 1000mg vit C
m5. 50g whey isolate 100g cereal (30 min after pwo)
m6.200g lean mince or steak 1tbs hazelnut oil 100g green veg.
im taking vanadyl sulfate with all high GI carbs & 50mg ZMA before bed.
no training days m1 is the same and then for the next five meals its 50g pro 14g of fat 100g green veg. BCAAs between the odd meal
on sunday my refeed day im eating 120g carb 25g pro 0g fat for first five meals, all high GI carbs with vanadyl sulfate+chromium pol ecxept m3 thats lowGI and then m6 is 50g pro 100g green veg 0g fat. BCAAS between the odd meal
im training 4days a week HIT style wednesday and weekends off.

alrite cill how r u? not sur how much longer maybe a few more weeks i know its recomended to super lean for a rebound id like to get to 6% if poss. so how ever long that takes. im not doin any cardio at all. im fairly active in my job so thats all the cardio i get.

It doesn't look like you have much left to lose only place I can see anythin resemblin fat is bottom abs and theres fuck all fat there so hang in there ur nearly done!
