From reading through your log id say try and get into the habit of calculating the amount of carbs your intaking. It doesnt have to be to a T but close enough.
Be great to see how much you can gain with a solid bulk!

i need a scales though dude and i keep forgetting to get one!i know i am getting in and around 400/500g a day.but i do agree i cant really do a solid bulk until i can calculate everything. until then im just eating big
Deadlifts 90kg - 6 reps
15 secs - 2 reps
15 secs - 2 reps - hands cut to shit aswell along with knees!!
Latpulls 16 plates - 5.5 reps
15 secs - .5 + neg
12 plates - 7 reps
15secs - 4 reps
TBar Rows 37.5kg - 4 reps
15 secs - 3 reps
30kg - 5 reps
15kg - 11 reps
15 secs - 6 reps
grip let me down again on the deads. plus my knees were raw as shit from the barbell grazing up and down - gymjohn says thats ok tho so fuck it
also think i might be going too heavy on lat pull and on tbar rows and that my form may be sloppy or else im not getting full range of motion enough, so im gona cut back on those two exercises for the next workout
was out the previous night and got very little sleep and was feeling a bit dodge so it was never gona be a progress sesh but im allowed a shitty one once in a while!
It is fucking brilliant dude id highly recommend it. serious strength increase and overall size too (weight still an issue as you can see in my other posts!)
ill be posting up all the 'before' and 'after' weights that Im lifting for certain exercises. My deadlift has gone from 70kg to 110kg in 3 months!Thats just one example
Id strongly recommend you give it a shot for 3 months at least, keep a specific log book of every training session.
Any questions just ask, theres a good few of us here whove done it
