its not good to rely on stimulants but if your really dragging you could knock back a couple of sugar free red bulls, or a good stimulant based fat burner to give you a kick.
to be honest mate i think its the time of year or the change in the weather, im feeling like shit the last few weeks and a lot of people who come into the shop are complaining about the same thing. im sure it will pass
u do realize that im just going to keep making accounts. The fact you cant even respond to my apoligy just confirms your grudge. Like you dislike me because i posted an honest review. Like you should be apoligising to me the way i see it but yet im willing to let this all go but yet your still acting like a child by not even responding.
thanks very much lads for the quick responses i have to say best website on the net for good advice well to be honest agent green i take centrium the odd time when i remember
ye cill tried the red bull thing and i like it but you know yourself dont want to be drinking a few cans of that every few days not good for the stomach.
And to venom ye man i think you could be the change in the weather also. but you know yourself its a pain in the ass feeling tired all day..
Your missing fats from your diet - take fish oils and GLA and then eat a handful of nuts with your meals, or some avocado. These will add a much needed energy boost.
TO GET WHAT YOU'VE NEVER HAD, YOU MUST DO WHAT YOU'VE NEVER DONE!
ye will try that gym john. i picked up some fish oil caps down in holland and barrett the other day(didnt buy them mind you) and it said only take 1 a day but i have been reading posts on this site and the guys saying that they take them a few times a day.
Is it ok to take them so often with every meal and also whats gla and where can i get some. thanks

I take 40 a day as they are my main fat source. I also take a number of different nut oils too.
I'm totally serious dude. They're a great fat source. I take 10 with a lot of my meals and then almost a tbls of nut oil with others and that's where I get all my fats from.
You can get big tubs in UN or most of the health stores sell big tubs too and they'e all reasonably priced.
40 tablets a day holy shit man. that is some crazy amount of tablets to be taking a day. surely thats not to good for you jeff. but i will deffo start to take them(not near that many )
