6WEEKS6WEEKS6WEEKS6WEEKS6WEEKS6WEEKS6WEEKS6WEEKS6WEEK

Hi larry's,

new to the forum here. Currently working towards nailing a deal with H&M for their sports and underwear section of which i will be on full monty display.

I began the new nutritional and training routine this week. WORTH MENTIONING I HAVE BEEN OUT OF SHAPE FOR SOMETIME NOW. The goal OVER 6 WEEKS is 10lbs of muscle and 5% reduction in fat. I believe in aiming high!

Current stats: Ecto/Meso 75kgs (165lbs) 12%/15% fat, tall dark and handsome.

The macros look something like this:

P 210/235
C 100/150
F 60

Training (3 days)

Back and Bis
Chest and Tris
Legs and Shoulders

Not doing cardio yet, perhaps in the final 2 weeks...

So here it goes!!!

ARE U READY, I AM!!!

Yes mate, 2.5kgs on each side of an ez bar, weights not important with me once the muscle's stimulated and i increase the intensity each week, so might up to 7.5 next week, u feel me? My traps are to big anyway in proportion to my overall build.

Worth mentioning im a fitness model not a beef jeerky, no offence, personally i think the bodybuilder shape is gone out years!

2.5kgs on each side of an ez bar,
you are having a laugh mate right?

u do realize that im just going to keep making accounts. The fact you cant even respond to my apoligy just confirms your grudge. Like you dislike me because i posted an honest review. Like you should be apoligising to me the way i see it but yet im willing to let this all go but yet your still acting like a child by not even responding.

if most fully understood how difficult it is to gain one tenth of a kilo of lean tissue, they'd run and never return to a gym ever

your goals are attainable but not in six weeks- [even anabolic/androgenicly assisted]

in a cerebral joust- only one shall prevail

the reincarnation of John II comes to mind

stimulation comes from intensity- intensity comes from overload- overload invokes a nervous resopnse- nervous response - triggers a contraction- a contraction = movement or resistance through space- movement through space- stress upon fibers- stress upon fibers- micro tears- micro tears- damage- damage- a need to repair- a need to repair- a need for nutrients- nutrients= a return to homeostass- repair-= the laying down of new tissue

Thats like saying ur simulating the muscle's in your arm by pulling the spuds off yourself, and both my arms are the same size!

If your not focring the last rep, ur not building, and if your traps are so big anyway, why are you working them out?

The best activities for your health are pumping and humping.
