yeah mate this is a good product,, i get the grape fruit one and mix it with two scoops of purple wrath and drink durin work out,,,,

Trying to get my hands on a tub of this, read a lot of good reviews but is it really worth the ????

give it 3 stars, weight lifted certainly went up but physical size stayed the same.
